It's got various degrees of working-ness for different people. I can do /loadui on my system, and the game doesn't crash until I zone, attack something, or use an ability that brings up the Casting window. Turning Autoattack on while targetting something out of melee range causes the dynamicdata to update.
But I gather that most people's game crashes immediately or after 5 or 10 seconds regardless of what they do.
