In your screenshot I notice you don't have the checkbox checked to show the floating Nav Bar on login. That's the only way to get the window to switch automatically to the selected page. Using a manual /show_window command after login won't trigger it to change.

The main XP window will always show the XP bar that was up when you last logged out. The left-side panel will always be the one associated with that XP bar, not the one you switched to using the + and - buttons. So if you logged out with the Tradeskill bar showing, that's what you'll see when you log in next time -- all three parts of it.

The exception is the Guild XP bar. That is a custom mod -- the game doesn't "know" the Guild bar is there, so if you logged out with the Guild bar showing, you'll log back in with another XP bar displayed. If you want to guarantee getting the Command Bar upon login, you could associate all five XP bars with the Command Bar. The help file explains in detail how to do this.

When you save a Command Bar button or change the width of the progress bars, you will always get a small "Save" window. You must click the OK button for each change as you make it. You cannot change everything and then click the OK button once on the last change. If it is still giving you trouble, you could try using the utility to change the settings instead of using the window manager.

Custom Option Presets not clickable -- don't know what's going on there. You should at least get the Custom Options popup window upon clicking A B or C. Do you see a tooltip when you mouse over one of the buttons?
