To install EQ2MAP with any major full interface, just install the interface (DarqUI) first then run the EQ2MAP auto-updater. It'll automatically update the maps inside the interface's folder.
You can't have 2 separate UI folders be used at the same time, the game will only pull from one custom UI at a time. But, like I said above EQ2MAP can drop right over top since the UIs by default support it; many will mod the map's appearance but include an ignorelist so that the EQ2MAP updater doesn't overwrite that appearance. The important things are the maps and POIs, and the updater will handle them.
