Detremential effects window
 

I know this is a noob question =P I cannot seem to find my negative effects window....hotkey should be ALT+M?

also heard something about the need to drag the spell effects window around and it should be behind or something, but ive tried that and havent found anything.

Hotkey is Alt-E and it toggles both beneficial and detrimental effects windows. If you use one of the default uisettings the detrimental effects window is not hidden behind anything, otherwise I assume that it might appear in the same place as the beneficial effects window.

Try pressing ALT-E and press F10 to show hidden windows.

Thanks ALOT guys. I used that F10 thing + Alt-E and it was behind one of my hotbars =.=
