The Detrimental Spell Effects window is not present. You will not be able to see detrimental effects on your character until you patch your UI!

Sounds to me like you need to update your files (i.e. deleting your ProfitUI directory and letting the updater pull a fresh batch of files), as GU#40 made a major change to how the UI coding is done.
