GAMEPLAY- The NPC "Borgil" is less greedy if you decide to pay him to use his mailbox.
TRADESKILLS- Tradeskill skill-ups will now increase based on your tradeskill level, not your adventure level.
PVP- The Locket of Escape will now work properly for Gorowyn, Neriak and Kelethin players.
- Choosing the Skyfire revive point in Jarsath Wastes will work correctly now.
