Crashes
 

I kept on crashing while using an updated Profit. Only reason I'm posting and saying it may be an issue with the UI is that I went to default and I don't crash anymore. On average, it would crash 20 seconds after logging in. And the error was "Application ran out of memory when requesting 1048592 bytes(limit: 2048MB) What other info can I give to get this resolved?

This is not a PROFIT error... I t has been reported to SOE and appears to be a memory leak issue.

Thanks. I admit I am a bit confused though. Cause with the default UI everything runs fine, no matter what setting or mode or resolution. But I turn on the Profit and crash. =(

Can you try this: Go to your \UI\ProfitUI\images folder and remove these files:

• commonelements.dds
• profit.dds
• window_elements_generic.dds
• window_elements_specific.dds
• windowelements.dds

Starting with 4.1 or 4.2 ProfitUI uses higher quality textures. Since that's the only remotely memory related change I made maybe this causes issues on really low-end systems (you appear to have only 1 GB of RAM).

Thanks, gm9. I'll try it. But in actuality, I have 4GB of ram, so even still, no clue why I'm getting this.
