Multiple Quests in Quest Tracker Window?
I'm not even sure if this is possible, but it would be enormously helpful when grinding out quests if we could have multiple quests appear in the quest tracker window. WoW's interface is like this and you can go into your journal and select 5 or 6 quests to track all at once.

It's not possible, but you can always /feedback the idea.

This would be great. One of the things I miss about WoW's interface. There was an add-on to this to do the following.
- automatically put the quest on the tracker whenever you received an update. - collapsed the detailed view of the quest when all the updates have been completed. - being able to double click the quest to go directly to your quest journal. Currently EQ2 has 2 of the 3 enabled. The only we dont have is multiple quests being displayed in the tracker when an update occurs. However there is an add-on that gives you a drop down list of those quests, which is almost as handy. |
The drop-down is already in the default UI, you don't need an addon for that. :)

Well, sort of. ;)
The default UI file has the buttons for previous and next quests with the dropdown menu but they are disabled and hidden, so they're just there as an example for UI modders to add. A player would not normally ever see them. http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/p...opic_id=253109 |
Wasn't there a shortcut to show the dropdown in the default? I could swear I have used that in the past... oh well, maybe I'm imagining things.

I'm too lazy to do a search for it, but I'm pretty sure I always told people off demanding that I mod it that they should just press they key combo to get it to show. Must have been on crack back then as well I guess. :p
Anyway, moot point, I finally enabled this by default. |
