This generally means there's a connectivity issue, which could be one of three things: your connection (from your ISP) went down, a firewall may be in the way, or the remote server you're connecting to could have gone down/had a hiccup.

i clicked on your EQ2Map icon and saw the update to the EQ2MAP-Updater-1.0.13-Setup. Is this the newest one?
