Bottom Stat Bar inc resists are misisng post GU40
 

I've patched and repatched with the auto updater yet I still can't get the bottom stat bar to come back. When I first patched to 4.1 it disappeared and I haven't been able to get it back since. I play on 1920x1200 res. Any ideas?
