Can't see cloak

I've already made sure my cloak wasn't hidden, but for some reason I cannot see my cloaks anymore. Any ideas?

Just your cloak or everyone's cloaks?

There's an Option under Options - Display - Characters or Animation I think to hide all cloaks.
