Error downloading file

Heya.

I am using the new 1.0.11 updater. Every so often I get a meesage along these lines when trying to update:

Quote:

Error downloading File:
icons_exp04_rgn_timorous_deep_3.xml
The process cannot access the file 'D:\Games\EverQuest II\UI\LiaUI\eq2map\icons_exp04_rgn_timorous_deep_3.xml' because it is being used by another process.
There is nothing else running on the computer that would be accessing the file. It isnt always the same one either. And if I rerun the updater a second time it downloads the file.

It doesnt seem to be a serious bug, just an annoyance more than anything else.

Yup, a few people have been seeing that problem and the EQ2MAP guy, jnils is working on it.

I can add some data to this: it happens if you run the updater more than once per boot session on the computer. My first session of the day, I have no problems, but after that I usually get 2-3 locked files. Apparently, the files are not getting unlocked by the updater when it closes. For me, it's always the Kunzar zones. I just don't run it more than once a day anymore.

Version 1.0.12 should have fixed that, but you still get some locks ?

I can confirm that the latest version has fixed this for me. I used to get this error all the time now after running it a 100+ times with 1.0.12 & 1.0.13 I have yet to have this problem again.
