Other threads in this forum suggest that you make sure EQ2 isn't running, another instance of the patcher isn't running, and restarting your computer to have it work properly.

Nevermind - I figured it out myself (thank you MCSA training!)

Had nothing to do with what was/wasn't running - had to do with me changing the eqII.ini file.

Would be helpful to others without MCSA training if you explained what exactly you did...
