another newb needing help

okay i chose the EQ2Map Auto

when i clicked to download the file from
http://www.eq2interface.com/download...fo.php?id=3509 , i told it to save the file not run it, so i saved it to my downloads folder (C:\Users\boris\Downloads). then i ran the program from there and told it to install in the (C:\Program Files\Sony\EverQuest II) The folder I told it to install to was named (C:\Program Files\Sony\EverQuest II\UI\bobsui)

I have the eq2.ini file in my C:\Program Files\Sony\EverQuest II

when i run the eqmap program it loads up all the maps then when it tries to auto run eq2 it says (There was an error trying to Launch Everquest II, Please open everquest 2 manually) or (something about the files are in the wrong locations)

I also just tried to run the program instead of saving it. It downloaded, did its thing, it asked me to chose my everquest 2 file, la ti da, and after I just let it install itself it still didnt work, it gives me the same thing.

please help a newb!

If you click Options what does it say for your Everquest 2 directory?

You better install the updater into its default dir: C:\Program Files\EQ2MAP Updater\

Run the program from desktop or Start menu

Click yes if it finds a EQ2 directory else set it to
C:\Program Files\Sony\EverQuest II

Then check in options:

Everquest 2 Directory:
C:\Program Files\Sony\EverQuest II

Autolaunch EQ2:
C:\Program Files\Sony\EverQuest II\EQ2.exe

UI Directory:
bobsui

I hope you can get it to work :)
