Quick raid buttons to use an item?
 

Ok I looked at the faq, didnt say specifically how to use an item. I tried usibility then item name but it didnt seem to work.

Tried this

didnt know what else to put in there lol. I have 4 set up to use a heart which doesnt work either. any help?

good point, I should add a section on that. You will want to use the use_itemvdl <vld_number> command. How to get the <vdl_number> is currently already explained in the Click-to-cure FAQ entry in the section about poison curing.

But I also have another problem my chat box is no longer showing when I log in I have to hit enter or / to get the chat box to come back up, how can I fix this? thanks

Sounds like you have a corrupt uisettings file. Delete it and either use /load_uisettings to load the settings from another toon that is working properly or use one of the default files gm9 includes with the package.

Ok I will try that, what happened is I hit the x to close out the window by accident and ever since then it is not there when I start eq untill I hit enter or /.

Also I tried the useitem_vdl and it wasnt working. this is what I used.

<Data Name="Button4" Macro="useitem_vdl 1218806940" Tooltip="Ruinous heart"/>
<Data Name="Button5" Macro="useitem_vdl 1445032073" Tooltip="Bone Devil"/>

where 4 is of course ruinous heart necro heart thing. and 5 is the Yitziks skull or whatever its called.

Tried them both and neither work.

And yes I am using notepad++ to edit it.

Sorry, my fault, I mistyped the command, it is use_itemvdl. :o

thats ok . it happens, it just wipped the raid last night because I couldnt use my uber bone devil LOL. but thanks for pointing it out.
