Bottom Bar question
Ok so I'm obviously unable to figure this out myself, having tried it off and on for quite a while before finally admitting I don't get it, so here it is:
My bottom bar no longer changes when I mouse over it. It used to, I don't recall changing anything, it no longer does. My top left bar (the one with the various XP types that changes to run speed, etc.) still works. And yes, I have put those exact settings into the bottom bar, still doesn't work for me. I'm running the most updated version of the UI, I use the updater nearly every day (great job on that btw, and on the UI in general). So, thoughts? (I'm sure it will be something simple and I'll be upset with myself but I've become too lazy to fiddle with it anymore) Thanks, Tsaron |
The 1024 variant of the bottom bar is the only one with a mouse-over effect, you can select it on the updater.

Is there a way to set up to view both, or fix it to be one way or the other in the other resolutions? I ask b/c in order to make it show my crit chances instead of mitigation, etc. I go to the window settings, change it to Frame Only, then back to Frame and Titlebar, and it switches. But the change doesn't stick through a log out / log back in.
And thanks for the info. Tsaron |
Well it should save if you change the window settings. You can also force a save via /save_uisettings.

did you try clicking the little arrow (>) at the far left of the bottom bar. That used to switch to the crit % display. Don't know if it still does after the revamp, I haven't tried in a while.

It still does on the 1280 and 1740 versions, but clicking it does not save the state if you log out, only the windowsettings do.
