EQ2Interface - Chat problem

My chat box does not have anywhere for me to type. The entire box is filled with chat channel text, but there's no empty field at the bottom for me to type IN.

I've tried toggling the chat window and making sure there was nothing else in the way. My UI is up to date. Any idea what the problem could be?

right click, window settings, ensure that frame and backround are on.

Chat problem also, yet unrelated...

Everytime I log in, my chat channel font size resets to 15. I have it set at 13 in the settings... and I reset it each time I log in, but it reverts to 15 upon logout / login.

But in your case maybe check your eq2_recent.ini for a line containing "chat_fontsize 15" and change it to 13. Otherwise just add one.
