Raid Quick Buttons
 

Hi again
Button 3 in the raid window is coming up "no macro configured" its fine in a grp but not in the raid window.
I have deleted all files in the profitui folder and still same also i have same setup on my laptop and it happens on that to so its doing the same thing on 2 diff. PC's. So maybe last Auto update makeing the buttons go from 1-5 something broke ?

I finally found the 4 and the 5 on my keyboard. Fix is on the updater now.

Btw, since users can now select variants to be installed automatically via the updater I was thinking about putting the skin packs (current and upcoming) on the updater as well. See how your bandwidth will like that. :D

PS: Good idea Ixoa, I could add some code to check if the player is called Kaldran and then it will do all kinds of nasty things - for starters I'll have the UI send me a cross server tell with his login data. Be afraid, be very afraid... ;)

I am currently implementing a feature that will download variants only if selected since i knew this was coming :P

Hehe, actually I'm not sure if it will be coming. People will probably try out all skins and go back and forth while they can't decide. Even I could not be so cruel to your bandwidth. So I'll probably keep them on this site here.

No need to download them again and again, but downloading all at once is not a good solution at all. Watching the logs I see a lot of narrow band connections too....

Buttons 4 and 5 are not working for me in the Raid window. They work perfectly in Group. Any suggestions?

I've followed this thread since it started and I thought there in the middle that you said it was fixed on the updater. Did I miss something? I've run the update and its still doing the same thing.

Well I thought it was fixed... (how many times can I get it wrong after all?)

Everything is fine my end all 3 buttons show the correct spell and work, buttons 4 & 5 need to be configured as it should be .

Me not being very techy lol i know if i want 4 & 5 buttons to work i edit the profitui_quickraidbuttons text file with the name done that,they just dont work and i cant seem to grasp what/where else i need to do..
i would like Tranquilty (4) & Nature's Regrowth (5) any chance of an idiot guild for me or being cheeky and only if u got spare time slap one up for me and pm me the file if poss?

Thank you for looking at it again. You work is the best I've used and don't see myself changing EVER. =) I tried updating the xml for the raid window and got the buttons to display correctly and then your update seemed to do the same thing with the same results I got. I'm a little confused by the call to the quick raid txt file in fact I'm not sure how any of the buttons work since they call b1-b5 but they are called Button1-5. This is more of the curious side of me wondering how it all works. If you have any tips on where I can go to get more info on how it works I'd love to spend more time in the nuts and bolts of it Again though thank you for the GREAT work.

Well to understand the code start by looking at the ConfigQRB button at the end of the file, this sets up five invisible buttons B1 to B5 by pulling the necessary info from the .txt. All the visible buttons then call those same five buttons. Have fun working out the details of it. :)

Maybe next weekend. The group window is still causing issues with buttons being visible that should not, going to try and fix that first.
