Download cancelled error
 

I've looked and searched through the forums, reinstalled the map program and reinstalled the microsoft 1.1 thingy. Every time I try to start EQII with the EQII mapper it gets past the login screen to the download screen. It then downloads some files, until it gets to one called "char_mounts.vxp_delta...", after that is downloaded, the downloading stops and I get the error message "Download Cancelled". If I load EQII normally without the mapper it starts fine, but I have no POI on my maps and many of the maps (for example Down Below Qeynos) are mising.
