Looking for 1920x1200 Skin That is Readable
 

My laptop has 1920x1200 resolution and everything in EQ2 is tiny at this resolution. I'm looking for a complete set of mods (larger type, larger icons, etc) so I don't need a magnifying glass to use my laptop. Anyone have something in the works already? If not, is there a quick way to make increased size for everything in game, or does each .xml need to be modified separately?

You will have to make each window larger separately. Not really a quick way to do this, but it is easy:)

I've been plugging away, modifying the QuickArial mod to increase font size, and one by one increasing window size where needed. It is a lot of work because I really don't know what I'm doing... :D There must be someone out there who has created a whiz-bang popular interface and could modify it to 1920x1200?

I am also in the same boat, so I would appreciate it if anyone does do this work to please post the results.

you should ask for certain windows at a time...people will be more likely to whip up a x2 hotbar than they would an entire interface.

then say hey can you make a x2 buff window? then player window, etc :)

I should think that there are probably text editors out there that can search and replace certain strings in a list of files, so that you could do this in batch quickly.

well...to change hotbar you have a couple squares that make up just one key...each square is a different size. then you need to resize the entire window, another square. Then the frame, then the background, the the two buttons that change pages, then the little number that shows what page you are on....

Most windows are like this, unfortunately:(

But hey give me a x2,x3,x4 or however big you want and a window name and ill do one for ya after i wake up....just to get ya started:) Going to bed now....late over here
