Launcher gives fault when trying to update.

What am I doing wrong here? If its a firewall problem, could some one more knowledgable than me please in normal terms explain how to all EQ2Map updater to acess the net. Seeing as I am no tech geek :D

Talk about being a noob :) I must have missed that solution when reading the Q&A... Thanks for enlightening me, updater is now functioning again as it should.
