Simple target/Implied Window
 

Is there a target/implied target UI that doesn't show the buffs on the target?
I've seen a few ui's that look like they may not, but I think it's becauise the mob in the screenshot doesn't have any buffs on it. None of the UI's I've looked at specifically mention that they don't show the buffs and I don't really want to install Ui's one after the other til I find one.

Does anyone know if there actually is a target/implied UI that shows only the mob's health (and power maybe)?

You can turn off the rows of buffs under the target and implied target in the Options window if you don't want to see them.

If I understand your request correctly:

In-Game Options - User Interface - Targeting Windows:

1. Show Spell Effects for Targets
2. Show Spell Effects for Implied Targets
