Hail and well met folks,

I've just loaded up the ProfitUI and huge kudos to you for making it... very nice looking UI... but, (you knew there was a "but" coming, right?), I'm having a problem moving hot bars

I'm also having some other issues but after searching all 14 pages here I think those might be solved and will find out for sure when I get home, in the meantime I still didn't find an issue to the following problem:

I can't move my hotbars.

They are UNLocked.

Click through is OFF.

I have the spinner enabled, (though it's flickering but that's the frame on thingie I've read about here and will fix when I get home).

When I hover over the spinner I get the 4 way arrow/cross hairs.

I click and try to drag... nada... zip... nothin' :(

They simply won't move.

Anything else I need to do to make them movable?

I can move all my other windows... just not the hotbars.

Hopefully I can get this fixed before our group makes its dungeon run tonight... as the only healer it would be nice to have my bars arranged properly, LOL.

If I can't fix this... how do I go about unloading ProfitUI's hotbars, (keeping everything else if this is possible), and loading just the default game's hot bar windows?

instead of trying to move it on the spinner, move your mouse inbetween two boxes on the hot bar you should get a fourway crosshair there try moving it from there

also where the spinners are (i know if flickers) but click on the spinner and in the last hotbutton and little square will appear in the lower right hand corner of it. you just click on that little square and can move the hot bar around to your hearts content, clicking on the spinner again makes it disappear

What I do at times is open the Hotbar options window and increase the icon padding. From there, I can usually grab the bar between the icons to set it wherever I want. Hope that'll help you too.

Actually the FAQ didn't address my concerns, however jonathn2875's response about dragging from the middle led me to the "fix" as it were.

The bars do drag from the middle, not the spinner... at least that's how mine are working.

This wasn't originally working for me though... so I poked around and noticed that my padding between hot keys was set to zero... so I had nothing to grab.

I simply kicked it up a bit, grabbed in the middle, and voila, everything could move wher I wanted it to.

Then I come here and find that Edragon71 had the answer for me as well :)
