Every now and then the updater 'misses' a file -- it's not perfect, it was made by one of the community members here, so it lacks a sort of automatic retry.

Hit "update" again whenever you see those errors and it should download the skipped files.

If it doesn't after quite a few times, then theres a couple posts on here for troubleshooting that should solve it.
