Unable to start game
 

Am I the only one who is borked since the hotfix?? I can no longer start game with the Everquest2.exe button to access my Profit login.

Everytime I try, it gives me:

Login Rejected: The client's version does not match the server's. Please rerun the patcher.

I've tried deleting the Everquest2.exe , in hopes of it working on update, but to no avail. Can anyone help here?

I can start the game normally, but would like the ability to access the multiple accounts I use. Thanks =)

i am using soe's interface and i am getting the same message must be on soe end

sames happening to me and my girlfriend.

Whew.....I am getting the same error but see that the servers are up and was like OMG wth do I do.


So ...um yeah we just sit here and wait?:eek:

Did I miss something .... Is there some fix I am missing for this ?? An extra hoop to jump thru ... would be nice to know when / if I will be able to play again.

You guys should try to run the game through the normal Launchpad again. I downloaded a patch earlier this morning, and just downloaded another patch. I think they patched twice, which would explain your issues if you just grabbed the first patch.

I just ran the game through Everquest2.exe and the Profit login worked fine.
