I have framework 1.1 1.1(hotfix) 2.0 and 3.5 i don't understand why it doesn't work... I've reloaded each of the frameworks, and have completely removed EQ2maps a couple of times just in case of bad installs/downloads.

Got the same error unfortunately... here is what the updater says:

I don't have any idea why this error occurs, it came "over night"...
also tried to reinstall frameworks (all versions), update em but nothing helps -.-

The second issue is answered in the common issues sticky thread, last item I believe. (no idea regarding the first one)

I am getting this as well. Just happened today.

Well well well, I read the Issue & Solution thread, but somehow i didn't recognized that there is the answer inside.. sorry for that ^^

And thanks for the fast help, I changed the Languagesettings and look there, it is working again :D

This is still happning to me. Anyone found a fix yet?

For that german error:

The error is due to that fact your language settings are slightly odd (I don't believe eq2map handles german machines too welll).

A way that might possible fix it is to go to start->control panel-> regional and language options. From there in the regional options tab click on the customise button next to the language select dropdown list.

Now go to the currency tab in that window and one of those settings needs to be changed for eq2 map to work. It's probably either decimal symbol (mine is .) or digit grouping symbol (mine is ,).

Try that and let me know if it solves it.

I'm also getting the same error as the first poster. Ive installed all the frameworks along with the service packs and yet nothing. Anyone solve this? Gonna try a few more things, ill get back if i get it working.

I have tried re-installing framework/EQmaps but still have got nothing to work. Has anyone found a succesfuly resolve to this problem?
