Spell Effects Window Problem
 

Hi

New to this UI but implementing it with a vengeance :D
The Spell Effects window (that shows all the active spells on me) is right on top of my hotbar. I tried moving it around but I couldn't figure how - I use the right button menu to unlock it, moved the cursor till it showed a multi-directional arrow, but when I press left mouse button and try to drag, all it does is move the camera around.

Anyone got any thoughts how to solve this?

I´m not really sure what the option is exactly called, but something like "enable to scroll through this window". As long as you can use the mousewheel to move the effects up and down you cannot move the entire window. Disable this option, move your window and enable it again should work.

In the same Window Options there's a box called Click-Through. Uncheck that box.
