ATTN: No frame or titlebar
 

Anyone who is experiencing problems with EQ2Map looking like this:


or if you are experiencing problems with shrink map not restoring correctly after closing the map window or the POIFinder not closing when the map window is closed.

You should (without EQ2 running):
1. Go to your ui/myUI/eq2map folder and delete skinnable_windowElements.xml
2. Run the eq2map updater to redownload the file.
3. Go back to playing eq2

note: If you run fetishUI or use mook's map skin, do not delete the file.

Hmm.. That post is no longer relevant.. *Asks GM or Dolby politely to unsticky*
They've (SOE) changed the map window extensively in the last year.

If you can't see the frame and titlebar try opening the window settings and make sure frame and titlebar are checked and have proper opacity settings.
