Tool doesnt start
 

Hello, allways when i will start the program i become following message

anyone know what it is?

P.S. sorry when the english is too bad im from germany :)

This might be because your number format uses , for the decimal place instead of . Go to your Regional and Language Options control panel and change to English (United States) number format.

When i start the tool on a other pc there ist in the regionalsettings deutsch (Deutschland) and the tool have no problems. on the mainpc it doesns work :(

EDIT: i put the option ti english (USA) and then back to deutsch (Deutschland) and its now work fine
