LFG window
 

Hi, I apologize if this has already been addressed but I couldnt find it anywhere. I am having trouble getting my LFG window to show up properly, it shows parts of it but the window is incomplete. If anybody can give me a fix for this that is relatively idiot-proof(for my benefit) I would greatly appreciate it.

You mean the several threads just below yours? :p

if you have a black window, install the latest version. :)

Made a note in the bug reports section as well, lfg window appears as it is using an old version that didnt support the new window again today, probably because of something SOE changed in today's patch.

You must be using some other UI window then. Profit UI doesn't mod the LFG window. It just uses the default window.

No, I'm not using any other UI, I go strictly profit to avoid compatability problems. The window DID work, and now it doesn't. Gm9 doesn't have to mod the lfg window for SOE's programming to cause problems.

In your custom UI folder find the file named eq2ui_mainhud.xml and open it in windows notepad.

Once you have the file open in notepad scroll down to the bottom where you see the code...

Directly above that line insert two new lines and add this...

<include>eq2ui_mainhud_guildcreation.xml</include>
<include>eq2ui_mainhud_lfg.xml</include>
Save the file and load up EQ2 and see if you get the new LFG window.

Any one know of a way or has stared on an xml that will shrink or make a smaller lfg window?
