S/V + EQ2 Menu + etc Panel Disappearing

I'm not entirely sure why this panel keeps disappearing. I generally notice it when i access the EQ2 menu by keystroke rather than click on the panel. I had to reinstall the uisettings.ini to get it to re-appear earlier, but it just disappeared again when logging out. Is there anyway to manually make it show back up? I'd rather not have to keep tweaking the default uisettings.ini to my liking each time this happens~ Any help is appreciated ^_^

it is set to be mostly transparent unless you mouse over it. just right click -> window settings and push the window opacity slides at the top all to the right if you want it visible all the time.

Yah, I'm aware of it being mostly transparent, i was mousing over that area i set/locked it and it's just not there =/

no idea then, it shouldn't move by itself

Are you not supposed to be able to manipulate/move the windows and have it saved? I moved a chat window in that right corner where the S/V panel is, and moved the panel up and locked it. I just noticed when i logged in, that the panel initially shows up behind the chat window in it's default location while i'm loading, but when I get in game it's in neither position.

Is that the EQII button? Are you pressing ALT ~?

o.O That was my problem, sorry to waste your guys' time, I'm still an EQ2 newb -_-

Thanks again though~

You can force the main UI windows to stay visible. There's an option under UI Settings called "keep main HUD windows visible" or something. Then ALT ~ won't hide it.
