Updater stopped working

For the last week the updated will not run on my vista machine. I get the message eq2map_updater.exe has stopped working... This happens after it thinks for a few seconds when I launch. Any ideas?

Fixed it. Corrupt .cfg file. deleted it and it works

what did u do exactly i'm having the same prob? eq2map updater.exe stopped working?
