?/+ boxes and quest helper window
 

The ?/+ boxes (newbie tips, racial traits, master 2s, etc.) come up underneath the quest helper window, which blocks clicking on them to dismiss the box and bring up it's window/dialog. I have to drag the quest helper window out of the way to get at them. Maybe I'm just oblivious and haven't seen a way to move where those boxes come up, or am I stuck having to occasionally move that window?
