Reporting for duty
 

Hello everyone,

I know it has been a while - again, I know :( - sorry for that. No long explanations, it's just that real life comes first and as you may know in particular my work life is rather busy (and you should see my work air miles account of just the last two months :p).

I imagine the UI may need some attention after all this time. I have not read any of the posts on here yet since I last logged on in February I think. I would be extremely grateful if someone could summarize(!) for me the bugs that need fixing, the fixes that I'm sure the community has already come up with and maybe the essential new functionality that should be added (but please no feature request thread here, really just essentials), if possible with links to other threads where appropriate.

This isn't so much a current problem I guess as it is an upcoming one.
I was logged in to the test server yesterday and noticed a problem with the displaying of percentages in the xp bar window and persona windows.

Attached is a picture showing these two windows so you can see what it is doing. (note: the persona window I use is not the profit one but it helps to show what is going on.)

Ah, ok.. that must be the new Dynamic Data for XP percentages that Zoltaroth told us about here:

And GU 34 is scheduled for April 25th.

Ah, I missed that post, glad to hear they are fixing it. Looks like it will be included in GU34 since they allready pushed it to test.

Glad you're back, GU34 has some UI changes so hopefully you'll be around to get those in. It's tough to live without ProfitUI :)

A fix for new bags?
 

Did I miss a post? Did someone come up with a fix on how to open a new bag? Since I think LU3X I have not been able to access the bag window that lets you open a new one. I know others/all have had the same problem. If I missed the work around ~ sorry. If not PLEASE work your magic and fix it :p

I just want to say thank you for this UI. I've played EQ (both) on/off since 1999. I've used many UIs in that time.

I never liked 'set' UI's because authors would disappear and game updates would render the UI useless so I always tried to mix and match or stick to default as much as possible. That is until I found Profit Reborn. I'm in love with this UI. Ok maybe that's a bit strong, but I REALLY like it!

I 100% agree that real life comes first! So you taking the time to update this UI while not even playing EQ2 is awesome. I hope people take advantage of the donations option because the least we can do is cough up the cost of a few months of your subscription fee.

Even if everyone who downloads the updated version donates $1.00 I'm sure it would help a LOT. ;) /nudge
