I would like to get the market UI from Profit but im unable to. Do they allow you to get some sections of the UI or do you have to have the full Profit UI?

ProfitUI is designed well so you can just pick out sections.
You just need to know what sections to pick out though. ;)

So i still have to download the full UI?

If you click on Downloads->ProfitUI, he has a seperate Market Window listed. The direct link is listed below. I am not sure how up-to-date it is, but you can compare it to the one that comes with the full ProfitUI and make a descision.
