Two Post GU Bugs
 

Unable to open new hotbars.

Also unable to select any hotbar as primary/secondary/tertiary.

Tips for getting around this.
 

Drag your hot bar so it is 2 rows tall with an uneven number of squares. (Have more on the top than on the bottom? Hit F10 to show background of all UI windows. In the dead space of your hot bar, right click and all the options available should appear. Hope this helps.
