Hmmm, another noob w/question(s).
Well, I have a couple different UIs installed on my system. I know how to switch between them and have gone back and forth a little. However, one of the UIs that I looked at was really nice looking and I would like to use it EXCEPT for the 4 (count 'em) chat windows at the bottom of the screen. Now, for the immediate present, I don't need those 4 windows; one will/would do but I can't seem to figure out how to close a window so I can reclaim the screen. Any suggestions?

Have you tried turning on the frame and title bar via the window options menu and clicking the close button?

Often in UI's where the windows are broken out like that they each contain different tabs showing different events. After you turn on frame/titlebar you may want to try dragging the extra 3 into your main one as tabs... that way you retain all the information they had broken out without the clutter.

@Kerianah:
Hmmm, remembering that I'm a new player who just yesterday discovered the possibility, I've at least been able to do just that. @Vanyari: That's a nice suggestion but the tabs are totally unnecessary for me. I almost always play solo so those tabs are less than useful, at least, for now. :nana: |
