Game Window Size?

My one question (well second I have posted I believe) :o Is there a way to resize the game window, so that while in full screen you can have buffs, chat, etc out of the picture so to speak? I remember when I first started playing EQ2 you could have windows, such as the afore mentioned, visible below, above or to the side of the actual game window in a black area.. If not, it is not a big deal, but I have noticed that the more I progress the more windows I tend to have open and my screen is becoming extreamly cluttered. And making them smaller would make me squint more then I already do. ( Getting old does tend to be annoying like that :D )

Within the game options (I believe it is in the Display section), there should be an option for Letterbox. Checking this option will give you the black strips along the top and bottom of your screen (it will resemble watching a widescreen format movie). You can also control the overall size of the black strips, as well.

I use a moderate sized letterbox because in those areas I have my group window and my hotbars and such -- and by using the black it increases the framerate since I won't be looking through my hotbars and such anyway.
