Enter Button active in loot window
Hello,
I looked around and tried to find another thread where this was talked about, so I apologize if this has been asked before. Is there a way to disable the Enter key selecting Loot All / Loot Selected. I like almost every feature in the Fetish UI, but this one is going to get me in trouble sooner than later. I have used the Enter Key to chat in most games I play, and currently have it set to do so in EQ2. This has lead to me rolling on a couple of items I hadn't intended to. Thankfully so far I haven't won anything that was No Trade doing so, but if there is a way I can disable that feature I would be grateful. Thanks, Xeavn |
By default, No-Trades present you with a confirmation box, so you'd have to OK both the loot window and the confirmation to accidentally loot a No-trade item.
I strongly recomend you get in the habit of using "/" to initiate chat. If you still want to disable "Enter" for loot, open the eq2ui_inventor_loot.xml file in notepad. Search for and delete isdefault="true" |

Oh and i take it the bit you need to delete is the IsDefaultButton="true"? i couldnt find any instance of isdefault="true" |
Correct.
Glad to help, but honestly in the 2 yrs I've used this feature, I've never "acidentally" looted a NOTRADE. I could see it being an issue with confirmations disabled. |
thanks !!!

I absolutely love your UI however with the changes presented in GU31 I have returned to default. Any ETA of an update to your UI to make it compatible?

I'm still using FC without any issues. What problems are you having?

I am concerned with the changes to search functions of the broker. What has happened in the past is changes such as these has caused the game to crash. I removed it to prevent this from happeneing.

I can understand that. If it means anything I've been using the Broker window multiple times everyday since the latest GU and haven't had any issues what so ever. The only thing that might be missing is the addition of the new LvL column.
