Your hotkey mod is out of date. Replace it with a new one or delete the mod.

As for you screen being a funky brown color, I can not even begin to speculate.

Is it brown just when you load the game or is it brown for everything.

If its brown for everything, you probably have worn out filaments, they can't be replaced and that would require a new monitor.

If its brown for the game, there are color correction settings you can use for red green blue color channels as well as overall gamma/color.
