I need help map updater will not work

I tried downloading everquest map updater and this what I got. ???? :confused:

Did you read the first line of the instructions? The line that says:

You must have The Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1 or greater for this program to run

Did you install The Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1 or greater?
