Skills Window
 

Would it be possible to create a separate Skills Window that could be resize and/or set to include just the skills you are interested in seeing? Sometimes when I'm harvesting for instance I want to keep track of my progression via the skills window as opposed to just chat output but it's now a pain to bring up the persona window and switch to the skills tab every time.

In other words, a stat strip with just your skills on them. Something like This
