Application error. Please help.
 

When I try to open the Map Updater I get the following message:

The application failed to initialize properly (0x0000005). Click on OK to terminate the application.

I tried removing the program and redownloading, but that didn't help.

Take a look at the sticky "common problems" thread in this forum. ;)

I don't know if it matters but the number that shows up with my error is (0x0000005) and the one that sticky has on his post is for number (0x0000135). I tried downloading what it says to download for that error, but I still get the same message.
