EQ2MAP makes my AA window become black...

Hello!

As of the 3rd EQ2 Expansion "EOF" EQ2MAP screws up my AA window. Top part of the AA window goes black and buttons/tabs dissapear in the window.

Is there a know fix for this ?

I have been using latest version of the Auto updater version of EQ2MAP.

Is EQ2MAP the only mod you're using?

EQ2MAP has no effect on any window other than the map window, so it has to be coming from something else.

I had a similar problem with the achievements window as well. I was able to fix it by editing the eq2ui_mainhud.xml in my custom ui directory and adding the line:

<include>eq2ui_mainhud_achievements.xml</include>

EQ2Map has nothing to do with the AA window.

EQ2map is the only mod yes.

depechenode>> It seems that it in some weird way affects that window.

that's a bug from t his morning. the TOGGLES are broken. you can still chat. you just have to use the / commands for them.

Marsek,

If EQ2MAP is the only mod you use, you shouldn't even have eq2ui_mainhud.xml in your mod directory. The only files you should have there are the following;

eq2ui.xml [this file should be copied from default after every patch]
eq2ui_mainhud_map.xml
eq2map <directory>
images <directory>

Any other files in here (if eq2map is the only mod) isn't being maintained and greatly increases your chances of having a busted UI, like you had.

You don't even need eq2ui.xml -- it'll use the default folder's one automagically.
