Need help with concentration bubbles
 

I can't seem to get the concentration bubbles to work in this player window. On mouse over it will tell you what spell/skill is using that bubble but the bubble never turns blue so there is no visual indication of concentration usage. I am still learning how to do these mods and am not quite good enough to figure this one out yet please help I love this window and this is the only thing that does not work
