Another kind of Update Error?

When I start the program, it first locks up, and does nothing apparently for a while. Then finally, it gives out this error message and says No Updates Found. I have checked the troubleshooting and all, and the most common update error - the one where the firewall doesnt let it connect to internet - the error message is a bit different. Plus I have set my firewall to allow this program fully.
I dont know what to do. =( I miss the maps, I love them. Can anyone think of anything else I could try?

I keep getting the same error over and over again. I've reinstalled a several times now. =( doesnt update, doesnt load anything. Plz help...

Could someone who can read the error message and undestand it, even tell me what the problem seems to be? Please? Maybe I could think of something else to try if I knew. =S
