Make sure you have the eq2_journals_quest.xml and the journal folder (as it is, no need to take anything out of it) in your custom UI directory. I don't know if this mod is compatible with the InfoCenter or not, and make sure your eq2.ini is pointing at your custom UI directory. Check the Patches and Addons section to see if the latest update version is available (currently I noticed the mod is LU18 compliant, and we're currently on LU27 - LU28 soon to be released). Failing that, as an alternative you can use the default journal window and the InfoCenter which is currently LU27 compliant. Hope this helps :)
