New installation dieing
 

I have just performed a new install after re-installing .net framework 2 to get rid this error



After installing the config file from one of the other threads it starts to work. Though i have now got rid of this error and am now getting the following error.

This error is just the updater window being a white box with one of the standard windows error boxes saying that i will loose all my work

All the screen shots are shown in situ

Please could you help here as the program looks really good but I am getting fed up of have to try and sort it.
