My window is locked up because I am getting this error and thus cannot scroll down for the rest:

What do I do to make it start working again?

Looks like your config file is buggered. Can you attach your "eq2map_config.cfg" file from the eq2map install location (defaults to C:\Program Files\EQ2MAP Updater)or PM it to me and i'll take a look and see if I can get it working.
