iv installed eq2 map auto and wen i click on updater it comes up with a box saying all of this txt

nw found ur faq says firewall, how do i configure it to wrk properly?

ok i just disabled all firewalls etc and stil getting same message. ic hecked the ini file and thats seems fine.

Can you try clicking this link in IE and see if you can view the XML for me please:

If you can see it the the problem is that something somewhere is blocking EQ"Map updater from accessing the internet. If you can't then the problem is that something in your internet connection settings is stopping anything accessing that site.

As a slight afterthought, does your internet connection use a proxy?

I had the same message when I had EQ2 Trial of the Island and EQ2 installed with EQ2 maps running in both.
